Dragging Images in Xplor Playground Detailed Observations Template

Over the past few weeks, we have noticed that our detailed observation template is not allowing images to be dragged and uploaded. After further attempts we noticed that the smaller image boxes on the right side of the template will allow images to be uploaded but the main larger image square will not allow this. This is resulting in Detailed observations looking incomplete when published. Please advise.
