Currently no NOTIFICATION is being sent when Debit Success put an end date on an account if a parent is returning to the Centre after a while( for e.g. 1 year) and there has been no change in bank details. The payment gets reversed back into the account and admin is not being notified that there has been a stop placed on the account. The only times we get a notification that a stop has been placed on an account is if the credit card has a Lost/Stolen status on it or if the bsb and acct number is invalid, expiry date etc. can this please be looked into.
