When a parent adds any notes about flexibility and the note is longer than approx one sentence, it is hard to read the entire note. There are 3 blue dots that appear and you have to hover over them for the speech bubble to appear with the note. It is quite touchy and if you are too quick you will miss it.

Is there a way we can have the flexibility notes allow more characters, or a way that the user can see this information more easily.
