Advance warning report of 14 Week CCS Ceasing

To assist communicating with families that they are reaching a deadline of 14 weeks of non attendance, it would be good to have a report that would highlight this. I don't think having a message on the same day of the subsidy cessation is very helpful when if we know we could get the child in before it happens. Thank you

I also agree this would be an amazing feature to have or even a pop up warning when it does cease. It would be very helpful by way of ensuring that our Families are not over charged and time saving by way of not having to submit so many refund requests.

This has been requested numerous times in the past since we moved from CCB/CCR to CCS. This request keeps being ignored by QK

We are also experiencing a greater need to be able to warn families who are currently isolating due to COVID as they near their 14 week mark. Many are becoming frustrated that they were not aware of how long they'd been away, and wished to be informed before they reach this stage.

Relieved to see I'm not the only one struggling with this. Very hard to keep a track of on our own as admin and yes very upset families and then creating debt collection issues. We need a warning.

This would be MOST helpful! I get A LOT of families complain they have an amount owing on their accounts after their child not attending for months. Centrelink ceasing the enrolments causes the subsidy to drop off if the child's last day was an Absent.
